A FEW FIRST DAYS OF SCHOOL

Skylar started fifth grade this week and is loving it. She loves her class and teacher. I could not bring the camera to school to take pictures, she thought it would be embarrassing. I can't believe how fast she has grown up.

River started first grade. Wow, what a huge day for us. Mrs. Brown is his teacher and he really likes her. First grade should be a great year.

Rylee started Middle School this week. She is so excited to go to a new school and start this new chapter in her life.

Little Cottonwood Canyon Trail

Last Sunday we went hiking on the Little Cottonwood Canyon trail. The creek has gone down, it was fun for the kids to play in the creek. It still looks like summer up there. It is weird that in two weeks the first signs of autumn could appear. Summer is way too short.

Just Beginning

I have so much fun reading and looking at my family and friend's blogs that I wanted to start my own. This is definitely a work in process. I will take sometime to get it the way I want. It is Friday morning and I will probably not get to work on it again until next Thursday. Any creative and technical advice will be welcome.
